Processing Times & Shipping Policy:

Tesha's Natural Beauty💜 has a processing window of 10 - 14 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, carrier closures, or the actual shipping time.

Tesha's Natural Beauty💜 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional postage before being reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Tesha's Natural Beauty💜 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. If your package is lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location where packages can be received safely.

Our products are handmade(made to order) in small batches.

Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shimmer, texture, consistency, and appearance are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.
